Growing up isn’t a race! Some flowers bloom in the morning, and some bloom at night. If you have been told differently, it is most likely for someone else’s benefit. It is also very short sighted. You are like a little garden. Every time you choose to be kind to yourself or learn something new, you\u2019re planting a seed for a “Better You”. You don’t have to be perfect today; you just have to be “You” and keep growing at your own speed!.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why it Happens:<\/strong> We often rely on “uneducated comprehension of past events” where we were compared to others as children by people suffering the same lack of comprehension for themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Fix It:<\/strong> Access your own internal guidance and self-approval. Ask yourself: what is the most positive and constructive thing that worked your past experience?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Context:<\/strong> British researcher John Gruzelier<\/strong> found that while left-brain dominance helps focus, the right-brain allows for “dreamlike perceptions” and growth. By balancing both, we create a “Durable Self” that isn’t defined by others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
