
My name is Alexandre and I am a Clinical Hypno-Psychotherapist certified by the ICHP in Cork. I live in Ireland since 2005.
When I was 9 years old, I was requested to write a last message to my beloved grandmother. Suffering from a disease with a low survival rate, the doctors mentioned at the time that she was about to leave us. I didn’t want this, I could not see it happening and wrote a message to her in this sense. My mum read it to her as I was not able to enter the room and came back with tears in her eyes explaining how touching this was and the positive impact it had. She kept this piece of paper with her until now and my grandmother lived another 33 years before finding her final rest.
I figured at the time that was not about me but if you could find the right words, you could contribute to help people around you.
I chose a technical career and even in the corporate world, I built a core principle: find the root cause of a symptom, and then guide people to their unique solution with the best words. My most rewarding achievement was always in the human side of things—working with individuals to help them navigate complex changes and find clarity in challenging situations.
30 years of trainings and workshops later, that passion for helping people led me to hypnotherapy. I discovered its systematic and structured approach to problem-solving and that is a natural fit for my background.
